I shipped a new version of DustLab! DustLab is a unique tool that allows you to turn images, 3d models and gifs to particle models in Minecraft! The new feature is making models with parametric equations! summer.hackclub.com/projects/13130 I just did the 2nd ship of my minecraft mod, Dutch Foods 'n Stuff! It is a minecraft mod that adds typical Dutch :flag-nl: Foods (snacks, etc) and other Dutch stuff. Think of stuff like: • Bitterballen • Cheese • Stroopwafels • Kale (boerenkool) • Oliebollen • *More* I even updated the mod to 1.21.9 already! You can get it now on Modrinth, where you can also view more info about the mod, such as what it adds and all recipes. (Also an "older" showcase video) Definitely give it a try! (Pleaaasee!)

I made a minecraft mod that adds Rice and Rice Related items to the game! • Rice Crop - can be planted from rice in farmland • Rice - 3% chance of dropping from any type of grass (tall or short and dry or normal) - Compostable! • Rice Dust - Acquired by using an anvil while holding rice! • Riceball - Deals 6 damage; 8 Rice Dust and a Water Bucket -> 4 Riceballs. A few days ago, I finished my second minecraft mod - also for #C07NQ5QAYNQ|. Today :modrinth: approved it! For #C07NQ5QAYNQ|, I've developed a mod inspired by Minecraft 24w14potato, entirely focused on potatoes. I've added several foods like mashed potatoes (slot 2), potatoghetti - spaghetti made from potatoes (slot 3), and fries (slot 5). I've also created a "Drunk" effect that randomly moves your hotbar selector, making gameplay more disorienting. With the vodka hat (slot 4), you get a permanent Drunk effect (buggy). The potato mace (slot 1) is a Mace-clone that deals more damage. For the next update, I'm planning an enchantment that will apply the Drunk effect to enemies when hit.

today i just did something amazing. i took the advantage of 16 core cpu and 64 gb ram of github codespaces and hosted a minecraft server on it through ngrok! this is amazing, also a lot better than aternos and i can modify it according to mee also!!

Working on a Minecraft Launcher built in Python 🔥. Finished the home page UI today, gonna start working on the other UI elements and also backend tomorrow.

I coded a cool cannon and catapult into Minecraft, with no client mods (it's all server-side). Pretty proud of it! I also made a trebuchet, but I'm not proud of that one yet, and so I might post it later when I am.

Today I worked on a Minecraft project: Built a server performance monitor to track CPU, memory, TPS, and player count. Set it up to collect data every minute and summarize averages and peaks Added a function to optimize server performance with JVM flags and memory settings.

Today I worked on dynamic chunk loading in my Minecraft clone in C++ with Raylib. Currently, it unloads and then reloads every chunk whenever a border is crossed, and it is single-threaded (besides generating multiple chunks in parallel), so I need to figure out how to multithread the world generation without instability. Part of what I'm working on is refactoring chunks to be stored in vectors rather than a map, and then add methods to access the vector with negative indices.

Today, I worked more on my Browser Buddy project. I added a pop-up pane that has a list of buttons with links to cat themed productivity tools. I think I’ve pretty much finished the extension and am ready to submit it. I also made a anime style logo (at acon’s workshop today) for one of my other current projects: my kitty themed Minecraft mod. I’m really happy with all the progress I made today, and I can’t wait to make more tomorrow!
